齿轮箱对交替推进轴系振动特性的影响

摘要 为研究齿轮箱对交替推进轴系振动特性的影响,以某船舶轴系为研究对象,采用有限元法建立是否带2级减速大齿轮的对比轴系模型,采用ANSYS计算推进轴系的回旋振动、纵向振动和扭转振动特性的方法,研究表明,两种轴系模型所得3种振动的固有频率与振型的结果存在着一定的差别,其中齿轮箱对回旋振动和纵向振动的固有频率和振型影响较少,而对扭转振动的固有频率和振型的影响较大。 In order to study the influence of the gearbox on the vibration characteristics of the alternate propulsion shafting,taking a ship shafting as the research object,the finite element method was used to establish a comparative shafting model with or without a 2-stage reduction gear to analyze the characteristics of whirling,longitudinal,and torsional vibrations.There was a certain difference in the numerical results of the natural frequencies and mode shapes of the three vibrations of the shafting,indicating that the gear box has less influence upon the natural frequency and mode shape of cyclotron and longitudinal vibration,but has more influence upon the natural frequency and mode shape of torsional vibration.
