某海事巡逻船改柴电混合推进系统设计

摘要 对某海事巡船进行柴电混合推进改进设计,通过对PTI电机混合推进、抱轴电机推进两种方案的设计和对比,最终确定采用推进电机配合带PTI功能的齿轮箱可实现柴电混合推进,给出该船的PTI电机混合推进配置方案,解决了原来柴油机推进时主机在低负荷区间油耗高、燃烧不充分、缸内积炭等问题,提升了经济性。 The conversion design of diesel-electric hybrid propulsion was carried out for a maritime cruise ship.Two design schemes of PTI motor hybrid propulsion and shaft-holding motor propulsion were comparatively analyzed,and it was determined that the diesel electric hybrid propulsion can be realized by using the propulsion motor and the gearbox with PTI function.The configuration scheme of the PTI motor hybrid propulsion of the ship was set forth,which can solve the problem of high fuel consumption and insufficient combustion of the main engine in the low load range,and improve the economy.
