基于振动特征的轴系故障诊断与复现

摘要 基于Simulation软件环境,构建轴系及附件系统的数字样机,建立轴系典型故障库及增强故障模型,从而完成轴系运行状态与典型故障的映射关系,并通过影响度分析,实现准确定位和故障复现。初步实现对轴系运行状态的数字孪生,并得到良好的实船验证。提出的基于振动特征的轴系故障诊断与复现方法具有良好的工程可行性,所建立的数字化样机与实船状态具有良好的一致性。 Based on Simulation environment,the shafting digital prototype containing typical fault library and fault reoccurrence model was built,and the mapping between shafting running status and typical faults is established.Through impact analysis,accurate location and fault recurrence were realized.The digital twinning of shafting running state was realized initially and verified by real ship.The proposed method of fault diagnosis and fault reoccurrence for shafting has good engineering feasibility,and the digital prototype is in good agreement with the actual state.
