散货船航速选取对现有船舶能效指数的影响分析

摘要 针对某散货船航速选取对现有船能效指数(EEXI)的影响,进行原因分析并给出为满足EEXI要求所采取的建议性应对措施。依据《MARPOL公约》及其修正案对现有船能效指数的要求,通过4种不同航速计算方法,得出对应的EEXI计算结果,并进行对比分析,得到该船的最优航速。计算结果表明,采用“航速-功率曲线方法”和“结构吃水法”获取的航速,计算获得的EEXI值与要求的EEXI值之间差值较小,对EEXI计算结果更为有利。 The reason of the result of the attained energy efficiency existing index(EEXI)for a bulk carrier is affected by speed selection was analyzed,and the solutions should be taken were proposed to meet the requirements of EEXI.Based on the requirements of MARPOL Convention and its amendments on the EEXI,the corresponding EEXI results were calculated by four different speed selection methods.The optimal speed of this ship was gotten by comparative analysis.It was showed that the difference value between the attained EEXI value and the required EEXI value is smaller by using the speed obtained from the“speed-power curve method”and the“scantling draft method”,which means more advantageous to the EEXI calculation results.
