北大荒集团粮食产业链增值模式研究

Research on Value Added Mode of Grain Industry Chain of Beidahuang Group

在当前农业供给侧结构性改革和农业现代化背景下,实现粮食产业化发展的关键在于坚持以市场化为导向、延长产业链及实现产业链增值等。基于此,以北大荒集团粮食产业链增值模式作为研究对象,运用扎根理论研究方法,通过探究和分析此产业链增值模式中涉及的多种因素之间内在联系和规律,识别出北大荒集团粮食产业链增值模式固有特征以及实现产业链增值的渠道和可行性做法。北大荒集团的粮食产业链增值模式是以核心企业全产业链调控贯穿粮食产业链增值过程始终,通过合作完善产业基础设施的方式,借助信息化平台建设和内部产业链整合手段,实现拓展产业链发展深度,最终在内外增值条件相互作用下,北大荒集团完成自身粮食产业增值。

Under the background of current agricultural supply side structural reform and agricultural modernization, the key to realize food industrialization development was to adhere to the market guidance, extend the industrial chain and realize value added of the industrial chain. Based on these grounded theory, taking Beidahuang Group’s grain industry chain value added model as research object, through exploring and analyzing the internal relations and laws among various factors involved in the industrial chain value-added model, the inherent characteristics of the grain industrial chain value-added model of Beidahuang Group were identified, as well as the channels and feasible practices to realize the industrial chain value-added. The grain industrial chain value-added model of Beidahuang Group was based on the whole industrial chain regulation of core enterprises throughout the grain industrial chain value-added process. Through cooperation and improvement of industrial infrastructure, with the help of information platform construction and internal industrial chain integration, the Beidahuang Group could expand the development depth of the industrial chain. Finally, under the interaction of internal and external value-added conditions, Beidahuang Group achieved its own grain industrial value-added.
