大数据环境下物流管理专业人才培养能力指标分析

Analysis on the Capability Index of Logistics Management Professionals in the Big Data Environment

大数据环境下,对物流管理专业人才的大数据管理与应用能力的要求有所提高,要求高校物流管理专业能够培养既懂物流管理理论又懂大数据管理与应用的复合型人才。文中分析大数据技术的实践应用、大数据管理与应用相关本科专业的发展、大数据技术在物流管理中的应用,理清大数据环境下物流管理专业本科毕业生应该具备的能力。在此基础上,构建包含专业基础能力、物流管理专业基本能力、大数据管理与应用能力、综合应用能力等四个方面能力的物流管理专业人才能力指标体系。

In the big data environment,the requirements for big data management and application capabilities of logistics management professionals have increased.Logistics management majors in colleges and universities are required to cultivate compound talents who understand both logistics management theory and big data management and application.This paper analyzes the practical application of big data technology,the development of undergraduate major in big data management and application,and the application of big data technology in logistics management,and clarifies the abilities of logistics management undergraduates in the big data environment.On this basis,the ability index system of logistics management professionals is constructed,including professional basic ability,logistics management professional basic ability,big data management and application ability,and comprehensive application ability.
