摘要
在国家“十四五”期间“深化教育教学改革”的核心任务下,如何结合专业背景,融合传统教学模式和现代化信息资源,开展启发式、参与式教学,落实国家倡导的“促进信息技术与教育教学融合”显得尤为关键。随着物流业的转型升级,亟需大批具有较强物流规划技能和有能力解决物流管理中实际问题的复合型人才。物流管理专业旨在培养学生解决物流业中实际工程问题的能力,以达到物流业降本增效的目的。为此,文中聚焦于物流管理专业核心课程《运筹学》传统教学模式中存在的弊端,探索了基于MOOC的混合式教学和人才培养方式,旨在以“引导教学”与“自主学习”双向衔接,逐层深入课程建设和教学改革,体现教师引导作用与调动学生自主学习,从而有效提升教学质量和学生实践能力。
Under the core task of“deepening education and teaching reform”during the country s 14th Five-Year Plan period,how to combine professional backgrounds,integrate traditional teaching models and modern information resources,carry out heuristic and participatory teaching,and implement the“promoting the integration of information technology,education and teaching”advocated by the state is particularly critical.With the transformation and upgrading of the logistics industry,a large number of compound talents with strong logistics planning skills and the ability to solve practical problems in logistics management are urgently needed.The major of logistics management aims to cultivate students ability to solve practical engineering problems in the logistics industry,so as to achieve the purpose of reducing costs and increasing efficiency in the logistics industry.Therefore,the paper focuses on the disadvantages of the traditional teaching mode of Operations Research,which is the core course of logistics management major,and explores the MOOC-based hybrid teaching mode and talent training method,aiming at gradually going deep into the curriculum construction and teaching reform by the two-way connection of“guided teaching”and“self-learning”,which reflects the guiding role of teachers and mobilizes students to learn independently,thereby effectively improving the quality of teaching and students practical ability.
