青年教师是高校教师队伍中的新生力量和中流砥柱,对于高质量办好高校、为国家培养大批优秀人才目标的实现起到非常重要、不可或缺的作用。加强高校青年教师理想信念教育常态化,既是增强社会主义核心价值观认同感、实现立德树人根本任务的需要,也是满足高校青年教师自身发展的需要。要正确认识高校青年教师理想信念教育存在的困境及原因,显重视、重内容、活途径、强激励,促进理想信念教育的常态化。

Young teachers are the new force and the mainstay of college teachers,and play a very important and indispensable role in running colleges and universities with quality and in cultivating a large number of excellent talents for the country.Normalization of ideal and faith reinforcement education of young teachers in colleges and universities is not only the need for establishing the identity of socialist core values and for fulfilling the fundamental task of moral instillation,but also the need for enhancing the development of young teachers in colleges and universities.It is necessary to surmount the difficulties and find the causes of the ideal and faith regaining education of young teachers in colleges and universities,to attach great importance to the content as well as ways and incentives of the education,and to ensure the normalization of the ideal and faith retaining education.
