摘要
为了解海南省不同地区白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂的抗药性水平,为海南省城市白纹伊蚊防控提供理论依据;对海南海口、文昌和东方3个不同地区的白纹伊蚊对常用杀虫剂残杀威、毒死蜱、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗药性水平进行了测定。结果显示,白纹伊蚊对残杀威抗性倍数由1.77到3.06,对毒死蜱抗性倍数由0.81到1.42,对氯菊酯抗性倍数由2.21到3.37,对溴氰菊酯抗性倍数由3.03到5.35。结果表明,海南部分地区的白纹伊蚊对残杀威、氯菊酯、溴氰菊酯产生了一定的抗性,而对毒死蜱较敏感。
To provide theoretical basis for prevention and control strategies on urban mosquito and mosquito-borne diseases,the resistant levels of Aedes albopictus to common insecticides in different areas of Hainan province was investigated.The resistance levels of Ae.albopictus to propoxur,chlorpyrifos,permethrin and deltamethrin were determined in three different regions(Haikou,Wenchang and Dongfang)of Hainan province.Results showed that the resistance ratio of Ae.albopictus larvae to propoxur ranged from 1.77 to 3.06,to chlorpyrifos from 0.81 to 1.42,to permethrin from 2.21 to 3.37,and to deltamethin from 3.03 to 5.35.Results indicated that Ae.albopictus in part area of Hainan island developed different resistance levels to propoxur,permethrin,deltamethrin,but kept more sensitive to chlorpyrifos.
