2021年北京顺义居民区和绿地蚊虫及其抗药性监测 被引量:1

SURVEILLANCE OF MOSQUITO POPULATIONS AND THEIR RESISTANCE TO INSECTICIDES IN RESIDENTIAL AREAS AND GREEN BELTS OF SHUNYI DISTRICT,BEIJING IN 2021

摘要 为了解北京顺义居民区和绿地的蚊虫密度及抗药性情况,根据GB/T 23797-2009,使用CO_(2)诱蚊灯法及人诱停落法对顺义居民区及绿地的蚊虫密度进行监测;同时,根据GB/T 26347-2010,使用接触桶法对该地区蚊虫的抗药性进行监测。结果显示,使用CO_(2)诱蚊灯法监测,淡色库蚊为优势种,白纹伊蚊次之,居民区和绿地的不同蚊种(组成及种群密度)具有统计学差异;采用人诱法监测,白纹伊蚊为绝对优势种;灯诱和人诱方法监测蚊虫密度结果分别为3.17只/(灯·h)和3.14只/(人·h);CO_(2)诱蚊灯法监测居民区蚊虫密度全年高峰出现在6月下旬及7月中下旬,绿地蚊虫密度全年高峰出现在6月下旬;人诱停落法监测居民区蚊虫密度全年高峰明显出现在7月下旬,绿地出现在8月中旬。顺义居民区及绿地的白纹伊蚊野外种群,对高效氯氰菊酯的抗药性均为R(抗性种群),对敌敌畏的抗药性均为M(可疑抗性),对残杀威的抗药性分别为M、R。结果表明,居民区及绿地中白纹伊蚊的抗药性水平较高,尤其居民区中白纹伊蚊对高效氯氰菊酯、敌敌畏及残杀威的抗药性监测结果整体高于2020及2018年监测结果;因此顺义区未来应合理使用化学杀虫剂,可轮换或限制使用化学杀虫剂,加强孳生地处理和物理防治,亦可尝试开展生物防治。 For the purpose of surveillance on the mosquito population density and the resistance of mosquitoes to three kinds of insecticides in residential areas and green belts in Shunyi District,Beijing,the protocol CO_(2) mosquito lamp trap and human induced landing counts recommended by GB/T 23797-2009 were applied to monitor the comprise and population densities of mosquitoes.And also,for detecting the resistance of these mosquitoes to three kinds of frequently used insecticide,the contact bucket recommended protocol from GB/T 26347-2010 was used.Culex pipiens pallens is shown as the dominant species,followed by Aedes albopictus in CO_(2) lamp trap process,while in human induced landing count process,Ae.albopictus was the dominant species.The overall density of mosquitoes surveyed were demonstrated as 3.17 per lamp each hour and 3.14 per person each hour,respectively.The annual peak of overall mosquito density monitored by CO_(2) mosquito light traps occurred in late June to late July in residential areas,while in green belts occurred in late June,earlier than in residential areas.As for human induced landing count,the annual peak of overall mosquito density occurred in late July in residential areas,and in mid-August in green belts.The resistance of Ae.albopictus in both residential areas and green belts of Shunyi District were demonstrated as R(resistant)to beta cypermethrin,M(suspected moderate resistance)to DDVP and M or R to propoxur respectively.The increased resistance of Ae.albopictus to the insecticides indicated that more optional control strategies,including pesticides rotations,physical control and biological control measures should be implemented to improve the control efficacy of mosquito and mosquito borne diseases.
