摘要
黑龙江某低品位微细粒石墨矿原矿固定碳含量(质量分数)为6.01%,石墨嵌布粒度0.002~0.020 mm占85%。采用浮选和混酸法联合工艺进行提纯。粗选磨矿细度-0.045 mm质量分数为89%,复合改性柴油用量为280 g/t,2#油(松醇油)用量为150 g/t;粗精矿采用一磨两选工艺进行四段再磨八次精选,低品位中矿集中再磨再选,获得浮选精矿固定碳含量为94.94%,固定碳回收率为90.22%。浮选精矿混酸法提纯工艺为:一段提纯浆料质量分数40%,HF用量20%,HCl用量20%,反应温度70℃,反应时间6 h;二段提纯浆料质量分数40%,HCl用量40%,HNO_(3)用量5%,反应温度70℃,反应时间2 h。最终获得高纯石墨产品,固定碳含量为99.95%。
The fixed carbon content of a low-grade fine-grained graphite ore in Heilongjiang is 6.01%,and the graphite disseminated particle size of 0.002-0.020 mm accounts for 85%.The combined process of flotation and mixed acid is used for purification.Coarse grinding fineness of-0.045 mm is 89%,the dosage of compound modified diesel oil is 280 g/t,and 2#oil(terpenic oil)is 150 g/t;Through the process of one time of grinding and two times of separation,the crude concentrate was refined for eight times and four stages of regrinding,and the low-grade middling ore was regrinded and reseparated in concentration.The flotation concentrate fixed carbon content is 94.94%and the recovery is 90.22%.The mixed acid purification processes of flotation concentrate are as follows:In the first stage of purification,the slurry concentration is 40%,the dosage of HF and HCl are 20%respectively,the reaction temperature is 70℃and the reaction time is 6 h;in the second stage of purification,the slurry concentration is 40%,the amount of HCl is 40%,the amount of HNO_(3) is 5%,the reaction temperature is 70℃,and the reaction time is 2 h.The fixed carbon content of high purity graphite products is 99.95%.
