复合材料结构自动纤维铺放加工路径优化方法

摘要 将复合材料结构铺层数量、铺层厚度和铺丝角度作为优化问题的变量,提出一种适用于复合材料结构的纤维丝束自动铺放路径规划的优化设计方法,以降低复合材料构件总质量为主要优化目标,按照结构应力方向选择纤维角度,根据应力大小确定铺层厚度,根据应力分布位置决定铺层数量,在包括结构强度和纤维丝束曲率半径在内的约束条件下,使复合材料构件的总质量最小化。以类三棱柱复合材料立体结构为主要研究对象,利用有限元分析工具构建并实现铺贴丝束材料模型,根据各种载荷对铺丝层压结构进行了实验验证。 This paper takes the number of layers,the layer thickness and the laying angle of the composite structure as the variables of the optimization problem,and an optimization design method is proposed for the automatic laying path planning of the fiber tow in the composite structure,so as to reduce the cost of the composite structure.The total weight is the main optimization target,the fiber angle is selected according to the direction of structural stress,the thickness of the layer is determined according to the magnitude of the stress,and the number of layers is determined according to the position of the stress distribution.The overall weight of the composite component is minimized.Taking the three-dimensional structure of the triangular prism-like composite material as the main research object,the material model of the laying tow material is constructed and realized by the finite element analysis tool,and the laying of the laminated structure was experimentally verified according to various loads.
