涡旋压缩机舌簧阀动态工作特性研究

摘要 为了研究涡旋压缩机舌簧阀排气阀片的工作运动特性,以带有升程限位器的涡旋压缩机舌簧阀为研究对象,基于弹性薄板横向振动理论建立舌簧阀的数学模型,在MATLAB环境下,采用四阶龙格-库塔法编写计算程序对模型进行求解。求解结果表明工程计算中振型函数取一阶主振型即可保证计算精度。利用该模型分析了阀片的升程、阀孔直径对涡旋压缩机舌簧阀动态工作特性的影响。该研究结果有利于提升压缩机工作性能和效率,为涡旋压缩机舌簧阀的优化设计和实验提供理论基础。 In order to study the working motion characteristics of the exhaust valve plate of the scroll compressor reed valve,taking the scroll compressor reed valve with the lift limiter as the research object,a mathematical model of the reed valve is established based on the theory of lateral vibration of elastic thin plates.In the MATLAB environment,the fourth-order Runge-Kutta method is used to write the calculation program to solve the model.The solution results show that the first-order main mode shape function can ensure the calculation accuracy in engineering calculation.The model is used to analyze the influence of valve lift and valve hole diameter on the dynamic working characteristics of scroll compressor reed valve.The research results are beneficial to improve the working performance and efficiency of the compressor,and provide a theoretical basis for the optimal design and experiment of the scroll compressor reed valve.
