摘要
采用真空扩散焊技术对GH4169高温合金进行焊接,研究扩散焊温度对于扩散焊连接强度和内部流道变形的影响规律。结果表明:GH4169在16 MPa下直接扩散连接,扩散焊温度区间为1100~1150℃,扩散焊接头强度可达母材的85%以上;流道进口处的收缩量明显大于内部流道,且沿扩散焊方向,流道收缩量由内部向两侧逐渐变大。
This paper uses vacuum diffusion welding technology to weld GH4169 superalloy,and studies the influence of diffusion welding temperature on the strength of diffusion welding connection and the deformation of internal runner.The results show that:GH4169 is directly diffusion bonded at 16 MPa,the diffusion welding temperature range is 1100-1150℃,and the strength of the diffusion welded joint can reach more than 85%of the base metal;the shrinkage at the inlet of the runner is significantly larger than that of the internal runner,and shrinkage occurs along in the direction of diffusion welding,the shrinkage of the runner gradually increases from the inside to the two sides.
