摘要
针对尿素水解制氨过程对水解器控制系统的稳定性和自动化程度的要求,文中介绍了尿素水解制氨系统的主要功能和组成部分,给出尿素水解器DCS控制逻辑的控制说明和控制策略。
In view of the requirements of the stability and automation of the hydrolyzer control system in the process of urea hydrolysis to produce ammonia,this paper introduces the main functions and components of the urea hydrolysis system for ammonia production.The control description and control strategy of the urea hydrolyzer DCS control logic are given.
