摘要
基于杠杆原理、死点原理设计了一种适用于剪式手动液压升降车的助力机构。该设计主要是为降低升降车在最低点时的液压系统压力,针对这种特殊结构建立了助力机构的数学模型,通过该数学模型计算出助力机构能够将升降车在最低点时液压系统压力降低70%以上,并通过数据对比及实物样机验证了该机构的合理性。
This paper designs a power-assisting mechanism based on the lever principle and the dead point principle,which is suitable for scissor-type manual hydraulic lift trucks.In order to reduce the hydraulic system pressure when the lift truck is at the lowest point,a mathematical model of the power assist mechanism is established for this special structure.Through the mathematical model,it is calculated that the power assist mechanism can reduce the hydraulic system pressure by more than 70%when the lift truck is at the lowest point,and the rationality of this mechanism is verified through data comparison and physical prototype.
