摘要
介绍了数控机床使用无线设备组建局域网的过程,在综合比较各类无线传输设备的基础上,分析现有无线通信在工厂环境下的使用场景。以无线通信范围50~80 m、数据收发延迟率低于1%时,使用正态分布的研究比较的方法,发现无线网络中的数据编码方式、无线传播方式、信道容量三者是影响无线网络质量的关键因素。通过研究证明了无线组网是完成制造型企业数控加工中的数字化应用的重要基础。
This paper introduces the process of using wireless equipment to form a local area network for CNC machine tools.Based on the comprehensive comparison of all kinds of wireless transmission equipment,the application scenarios of wireless communication in the factory environment is analyzed.When the wireless communication range is 50-80 m and the data transmission delay rate is less than 1%,by using the method of normal distribution,it is found that the data coding mode,wireless transmission mode and channel capacity are the key factors affecting the quality of wireless network.It is proved that wireless network is an important basis for digital application of CNC machining in manufacturing enterprises.
