带式输送机紧身封闭防护罩的研究与设计 被引量:2

摘要 基于广西北海电厂带式输送机的运行现状及该地区台风频发的地理环境,设计了一种皮带机紧身封闭式防护罩,该装置由固定支撑部分和透明耐力板组成,固定支撑部分底部通过固定角钢与地基预埋钢板焊接,保证了结构的稳定性。透明耐力板则与封闭式门架连接形成紧身封闭结构,其密封性能有效实现了高清洁化物料输送。同时,对紧身封闭防护罩结构在60 m/s平均风荷载下进行了静力学特性分析,并改进了紧身封闭防护罩。改进后的防护罩结构主要变形位置从侧护罩转移至上护罩,最大变形量减少,门架和加强筋在防护罩连接处是受风载荷影响最大的位置,防护罩结构的强度符合要求。 Based on the operation status of belt conveyors in Guangxi Beihai Power Plant and the geographical environment of frequent typhoons in this area,a tight sealing protective cover for belt conveyors is designed.The device consists of a fixed support part and a transparent endurance board.The bottom of the fixed support part is welded with the embedded steel plate of the foundation through the fixed angle steel to ensure the stability of the structure.The transparent solid sheet is connected with the closed gantry to form a tight sealing structure,and its sealing performance effectively realizes the transportation of high-cleaning materials.At the same time,the static characteristics of the tight sealing protective cover structure are analyzed under the average wind load of 60 m/s,and the tight sealing protective cover is improved.The main deformation position of the improved protective cover structure is transferred from the side protective cover to the top protective cover,and the maximum deformation is reduced.The gantry and reinforcing ribs are the most affected positions by the wind load at the connection of the protective cover,and the strength of the protective cover structure meets the requirements.
