课程思政在“食品微生物学”教学改革中的应用与实践 被引量:2

摘要 为了培养合格的新时期食品产业领域的建设者和接班人,牢固树立“以学生发展为中心”的教育理念,针对学生学习意识薄弱、主动应用性不强、实践参与性不够和自控能力不足等现实表现,对“食品微生物学”教学过程做了相关设计与调整,突出课程思政的融入,取得了较好的成效。课程思政相关的思路与举措可以为专业教育课程教学改革提供参考和借鉴。 In order to cultivate qualified builders and successors of the food industry in the new era,firmly establish the educational concept of“student-oriented development”,the relevant design and adjustment were made in the teaching process of“food microbiology”in view of students’weak learning consciousness,poor initiative and application,insufficient practical participation,and insufficient self-control ability.The integration of curriculum ideology was highlighted,and good results were received.The ideas and measures related to curriculum ideology education can provide references for the teaching reform of professional education.
