广东湛江经济高质量发展实证分析——基于熵权TOPSIS法

Empirical Analysis on Zhanjiang High Quality Economic Development in Guangdong——Based on Entropy Weight TOPSIS

从经济结构优化、创新驱动发展、区域协调共享、生态环境治理、对外开放水平、民生福祉改善、基础设施建设等7个维度构建经济高质量发展指标体系,利用熵权TOPSIS法测度湛江经济高质量发展水平。研究表明:从总指数来看,湛江经济高质量发展综合水平呈总体上升趋势。从各子系统来看,区域协调共享与民生福祉改善快速增长、经济结构优化持续放缓、对外开放水平高位波动、生态环境恶化尚未得到根本遏制、创新驱动发展与基础设施建设长期滞后,后五者是湛江经济高质量发展的短板,应采取针对性措施予以突破。

This paper constructs an indicator system from the aspects of economic structure,innovative development,regional coordination,environmental governance,openness level,residents'well-being,and infrastructure construction,and uses the“entropy-TOPSIS”method to calculate the high-quality economic development level of Zhanjiang.The study found that the comprehensive economic development level of Zhanjiang showed an upward trend,regional coordination and residents'well-being are also rapidly improving,but there are still five aspects that have not been fundamentally transformed,including economic structure,innovative development,environmental governance,openness level and infrastructure construction.Therefore,this paper proposes measures from these five aspects to make up for the shortcomings of Zhanjiang's high-quality development.
