高校加强新时代师德师风常态化警示教育的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Strengthening Normal Warning Education of Teachers’Ethics in the New Era in Colleges and Universities

师德师风是落实立德树人根本任务的关键,开展常态化警示教育,是高校加强和改进新时代师德师风建设的必然要求和有力抓手。文章结合党中央、教育部关于师德师风建设的最新要求,进一步明确警示教育在师德师风建设中的重要意义,深刻剖析当前师德师风警示教育存在的问题及原因,探索有针对性、可操作性的改进举措,旨在进一步提升高校对师德师风常态化警示教育重要性的认识,进而充分发挥其在加强师德师风建设、打造高素质专业化教师队伍中的重要作用。

Teachers'morality is the key to implementing the fundamental task of education.Moreover,it is inevitable for colleges and universities to carry out normal warning education so as to strengthen and improve the construction of teachers’ethics in the new era.Combined with the latest requirements of the CPC Central Committee and the Ministry of Education on the construction of teacher ethics,this paper further clarifies the significance of warning education in the construction of teacher ethics,and deeply analyzes the problems and causes of the current warning education of teacher ethics.This paper explores a series of targeted and operable improvement measures,aiming to further enhance the awareness of the importance of normal warning education of teacher ethics in universities,and play its important role in strengthening the construction of teacher ethics and building high-quality professional teachers.
