依法治国背景下新时代大学生社会主义核心价值观践行路径分析

Analysis on the Practice Path of Socialist Core Values under the Rule of Law

“德治”与“法治”相辅相成,二者缺一不可,因此单靠德治建设中国特色社会主义社会是无法实现的。为此,以依法治国为导向,进行社会主义核心价值观践行路径分析。该分析分为三个环节,首先分析了依法治国与社会主义核心价值观逻辑关系,然后以问卷调查的方式分析出我国当前社会主义核心价值观践行中存在的问题,最后从学校、个人和社会国家等三个方面提出社会主义核心价值观践行三条路径。通过本研究以期为社会主义核心价值观的宣扬和实现提供参考和借鉴,以便构建社会主义文明和谐社会。

“rule by virtue”and“rule by law”complement each other,both of which are indispensable.Therefore,it is impossible to build a socialist society with Chinese characteristics by virtue alone.Therefore,we should take the rule of law as the guidance and analyze the practice path of socialist core values.The study mainly includes three parts.Firstly,it analyzes the logical relationship between the rule of law and the socialist core values,then it analyzes the problems existing in the practice of socialist core values in China by means of questionnaire survey,and finally it puts forward three paths for the practice of socialist core values from three aspects of school,individual and social state.This study aims at providing reference for the promotion and Realization of socialist core values,and building a socialist civilized and harmonious society.
