摘要
枯草芽袍杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)是目前在蛋鸡养殖上应用最为广泛的益生菌之一。本试验通过在产蛋期蛋鸡日常饲粮中添加不同浓度的枯草芽孢杆菌,来研究不同浓度枯草芽孢杆菌对开产蛋鸡各项性能的影响。结果显示,添加枯草芽孢杆菌对产蛋期蛋鸡的生产性能、鸡蛋品质、肠道健康和血清理化指标均有改善作用,但按1×10^(13)CFU/t添加的效果明显优于按1×10^(12)CFU/t添加。由此可见,在开产蛋鸡饲粮中添加枯草芽孢杆菌,添加浓度是影响效果的关键。
Bacillus subtilis(BS)is currently one of the most widely used probiotics in breeding laying hens.In this study,we compared the effects of different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis on the performance of laying hens on different concentrations of Bacillus subtilis added to the daily feeds.The results showed that the addition of Bacillus subtilis improved the egg performance,egg quality,intestinal health and blood clearance indicators of laying hens at the laying stage.Further more,the effect of Bacillus subtilis addition by1×10^(13)CFU/t are significantly better,comparing to Bacillus subtilis addition by 1×10^(12)CFU/t.It follows that the keys influencing the effect are the concentration of Bacillus subtilis to the feed of Initial laying hen.
