摘要
习近平青年成长成才思想从“怎样学、学什么、向谁学”等角度要求青年树立终身学习观念,增强服务本领;从“掌握什么、如何掌握、有什么用”等角度指出青年应该掌握科学思维方法,夯实理论根基;从理想信念内涵、重要性、践行路径等方面强调青年应该加强理想信念教育,筑牢政治品格;从“学以致用、扎根基层、奋斗即幸福”等方面激励青年努力做到知行合一,勇于实践担当。
Xi Jinping’s thought on youth growth and talent requires young people to establish the concept of lifelong learning and enhance service skills around "how to learn, what to learn and from whom to learn". It is pointed out that young people should master scientific thinking methods and lay a solid theoretical foundation by thinking about "what to master, how to master and what to use". It is emphasized that young people should strengthen the education of ideal and belief and build up their political character based on the connotation, importance and practice path of ideal and belief. Young people are encouraged to strive to achieve the unity of knowledge and action, to practice responsibility around "learning to apply, root at the grassroots, struggle is happiness" and other issues.
