江苏省社区居家养老现状、问题与发展建议

The current situation,problems and development suggestions of community home-based care in Jiangsu province

目前江苏的人口老龄化问题已相当严重,如何保障好老年人的养老问题,发展好养老产业,成为江苏各市亟须解决的难题。社区居家养老以其独特的优点获得了各市的青睐,但是在不断加大力度发展的同时,也出现了如养老资源分配不均、人才不足等一系列问题。文章对江苏各市目前社区居家养老工作重点和发展问题展开分析,并结合国外发达国家的社区居家养老发展情况,对遇到的问题提出相关建议.

At present, the problem of population aging in Jiangsu is quite serious.How to ensure the old people’s old-age care and develop the old-age care industry has become an urgent problem for all cities in Jiangsu.Community home-based care for the aged has won the favor of all cities for its unique advantages.However, with the continuous development, a series of problems such as uneven distribution of resources for the aged and shortage of talents have emerged.This paper will analyze the current focus and development problems of community home-based care for the aged in various cities in Jiangsu, and combine the development of community home-based care for the aged in foreign developed countries, and put forward relevant suggestions for the problems encountered.
