酒店员工敬业度的影响因素研究

摘要 文章基于资源保存理论,采用实证研究方法,考察酒店员工美感劳动负担、个人特质对敬业度的影响,分析结果表明:美感劳动负担对敬业度具有显著负向影响;个人特质对敬业度具有显著正向影响。文章丰富了美感劳动负担和敬业度的理论研究,为酒店管理员工美感劳动提供实践建议:改进美感劳动内容与管理模式,重视和提升员工个人特质. Based on the resource conservation theory, this paper uses empirical research methods to investigate the impact of hotel employees’ aesthetic labor burden and personal traits on work engagement.The results show that the aesthetic labor burden has a significant negative impact on work engagement, personal traits have a significant positive impact on engagement.This paper enriches the research on aesthetic labor burden and work engagement, and provides practical suggestions for hotel organization and management: improving the content and management mode of aesthetic labor, pay attention to and enhance the personal traits of employees.
