摘要
绩效管理是企业管理中的重要环节,它能够促进企业内部控制、优化业务流程,提升组织与个人绩效,从而保证组织目标和价值创造的实现。平衡计分卡是一种主要从财务、客户、内部运营和学习成长四个方面对企业进行系统评估的企业绩效评估和战略执行体系,有效地统一了企业的组织行为和战略目标。文章借助平衡计分卡理论,客观分析建设银行Q分行在绩效管理方面存在的问题,从平衡计分卡的四个理论维度,提出改进对策.
Performance management is an important part of enterprise management,which can strengthen the internal control,optimize business processes,promote the improvement of organizational and individual performance,so as to ensure the realization of organizational goals and value creation.Balanced scorecard(BSC)is an enterprise performance evaluation and strategy implementation system that systematically evaluates enterprises from four aspects:finance,customer,internal operation and learning&growth,effectively unified the organizational behavior and strategic goals of the enterprise.With the help of balanced scorecard theory,this paper objectively analyzes the management problems of Q Branch of China Construction Bank,and puts forward improvement countermeasures from the four theoretical dimensions of balanced scorecard.
