摘要 在新常态的背景之下加速推进国有石油企业人力资源的创新改革具有至关重要的作用,通过该项措施可以充分发挥出人力资源的价值与作用,使国有石油企业不断提高运营以及发展效率,并且在当前激烈的市场竞争之中占据优势地位。文章首先针对新常态背景下国有石油企业人力资源管理的新要求进行了分析,其次探索了该项工作的重要意义,最后基于其中问题提出了具有针对性的策略,以提高国有石油企业人力资源管理质量与水平. Under the background of the new normal,accelerating the innovation and reform of human resources of state-owned oil enterprises plays a vital role.Through this measure,the value and role of human resources can be fully exerted,so that state-owned oil enterprises can continuously improve their operation and development efficiency,and occupy a dominant position in the current fierce market competition.Therefore,in the research of the thesis,it first analyzes the new requirements of human resource management of state-owned oil enterprises under the background of the new normal,then explores the important significance of this work,and finally proposes targeted strategies based on the problems,so as to improve the quality and level of human resource management in state-owned oil enterprises.
