Bibliometric Analysis of Long-Term Care for Disabled Elderly

目的分析国内外失能老人长期照护的研究热点,为我国失能老人长期照护领域的研究与实践提供参考。方法计算机检索中国知网、万方、中文科技期刊与中国生物医学文献数据库、Pubmed和Web of Science数据库,运用citespace 6.1.R2软件进行统计分析。时间跨度设定为建库至2022年2月。结果失能老人长期照护领域研究热度总体呈上升趋势,国内外研究热点主要为失能老人长期照护影响因素、照护形式、照顾者负担、保险制度。结论国内失能老人长期照护研究仍需要得到更多关注,日后研究者可借鉴国外的研究热点前沿,探索有益的实践,从而提高失能老人生活质量,减轻照顾者负担。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots of long-term care for disabled elderly at home and abroad,so as to provide references for the research and practice in the field of long-term care for disabled elderly in China.Methods The databases of CNKI,Wanfang,China Science and Technology Journal,CBM,PubMed and Web of Science were searched.The CiteSpace 6.1.R2 was used for statistical analysis.The time frame was from inception to February,2022.Results The research in the field of long-term care for disabled elderly generally showed a rising trend.Domestic and foreign research hotspots mainly included the influencing factors,caring patterns,caregivers’burden and insurance system of long-term care for disabled elderly.Conclusions Domestic research on long-term care for disabled elderly needs further attention.Researchers should learn from foreign research hotspots and frontiers,and explore useful practice,so as to improve the quality of life among disabled elderly and reduce the burden of caregivers.
