神经源性膀胱患者远程居家照护方案的构建与可行性评价

Construction and Feasibility Evaluation of a Tele-Homecare Program for Patients with Neurogenic Bladder

目的构建神经源性膀胱(neurogenic bladder,NGB)患者远程居家照护方案并搭载至微信平台,验证该方案的可行性。方法以英国医学研究理事会复杂干预设计框架为指导,通过文献回顾、理论分析、小组讨论、德尔菲法拟定远程居家照护方案并将其搭载至微信平台。便利抽样法选取14名NGB患者对平台进行为期2周的远程可用性测试。结果构建的远程居家照护方案包括4项一级指标、13项二级指标、70项三级指标,2轮专家咨询的回收率分别为100%和94.12%,专家权威系数为0.90,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.33和0.38(均P<0.01)。平台可用性测试总体评价为(4.15±0.47)分,其中有用性评分为(4.05±0.32)分、信息质量评分为(4.33±0.38)分、界面质量评分为(4.20±0.41)分。结论远程居家照护方案科学、可靠、可行,平台可用性良好,能为开展NGB患者远程居家照护提供依据。

Objective To construct a tele-homecare program for patients with neurogenic bladder(NGB),and embed the program in the wechat platform to verify its feasibility.Methods With the guidance of the British Medical Research Council’s design framework for complex interventions,literature review,theoretical analysis,group discussion and Delphi method were used to develop the tele-homecare program.The program was then embedded in the wechat platform.Convenient sampling was used to select 14 NGB patients for a 2-week remote feasibility test of the platform.Results The tele-homecare program included 4 first-level indicators,13 second-level indicators and 70 third-level indicators.The responding rates in the two rounds of expert consultation were 100%and 94.12%,respectively;the authority coefficient of experts was 0.90;the Kendall’s concordance coefficients were 0.33 and 0.38(both P<0.01),respectively.The total score of platform usability test were(4.15±0.47),with usefulness score of(4.05±0.32),information quality score of(4.33±0.38),and interface quality score of(4.20±0.41).Conclusions The tele-homecare program is scientific,reliable and feasible,and the platform shows good usability,which can provide references for conducting tele-homecare for NGB patients.
