Evidence Summary of Fertility Management for Breast Cancer Patients

目的评价并整合乳腺癌生育管理的相关证据,为乳腺癌生育管理提供依据。方法系统检索指南网、专业协会网与数据库中包含乳腺癌生育管理内容的指南、专家共识与系统评价,检索时限为建库至2022年3月1日。结果共纳入12篇文献,包括4篇指南、7篇专家共识和1篇系统评价。从生育的安全性、生育咨询、生育力保护方案、生育时机、生育后喂养方式等5个方面汇总29条证据。结论总结了乳腺癌生育管理的相关证据,为临床规范乳腺癌生育管理,促进乳腺癌生育护理发展提供循证依据与参考。

Objective To appraise and integrate relevant evidence on fertility management for breast cancer patients,so as to provide references for fertility management for breast cancer patients.Methods The guidelines network,websites of associations,and databases were systematically retrieved for guidelines,expert consensus,and systematic reviews on fertility management for breast cancer patients.The retrieval time frame was from inception to March 1st,2022.Results A total of 12 articles were involved,including 4 guidelines,7 expert consensuses,and 1 systematic review.Finally,29 pieces of evidence were summarized,covering 5 aspects of fertility safety,fertility counseling,fertility preservation,fertility timing,and feeding pattern after delivery.Conclusions Relevant evidence on fertility management for breast cancer patients can provide evidence-based references for regulating and promoting the development of fertility management for breast cancer patients.
