一款安瓶精华液的抗衰老功效研究

Study on the anti-aging efficacy of an ampoule essence

制备一款安瓶精华液,并对其抗衰老功效进行研究。选择33名有效受试者作为研究对象,按要求在脸部连续使用安瓶精华液8周。利用皮肤无创仪器检测方法,分别测试受试者使用前后皮肤角质层水分含量、经表皮水分散失量、皮肤光泽度和皮肤弹性等抗衰老功效参数。研究结果表明,使用该产品8周后,受试者皮肤的角质层含水量显著提高、经表皮水分散失量明显下降、光泽度和弹性明显提高、面部皱纹减少,说明其安瓶精华液具有良好的抗衰老功效。

A ampoule essence was prepared and its anti-aging efficacy was studied.33 healthy volunteers had used the product on their faces as required for 8 weeks.Anti-aging efficacy indexes were evaluated,including the skin moisture content,transepidermal water loss(TEWL),skin glossiness and skin elasticity.These parameters were tested before and after treatment.The results showed that,the product had significant efficacy of increasing the moisture content of skin,reducing transepidermal water loss,increasing the glossiness of skin,improving skin elasticity and reducing wrinkles after 8 weeks of use.It means that the product has good anti-aging efficacy.
