摘要
笔者通过干压成形工艺制备出了75氧化铝陶瓷样品,研究了ZrSiO_(4)掺入量对75氧化铝陶瓷性能的影响。实验结果表明,掺入适量的ZrSiO_(4)能够有效提高75氧化铝陶瓷的性能。当ZrSiO_(4)掺入量为2%时,体积密度达到最大值3.31g/cm^(3),吸水率最小0.18%,抗弯强度和断裂韧性达到最大值228.49MPa和4.85MPa·m^(1/2),击穿强度达到最大值34.4kV/mm,相比未掺入ZrSiO_(4)样品的击穿强度提高了36.5%。观察微观结构发现,适量的ZrSiO_(4)能够抑制氧化铝晶粒的过度生长,有利于氧化铝陶瓷晶粒细化,可得到尺寸均一的晶粒。
In this paper,75 alumina ceramic samples were prepared by dry pressing process,and the effect of ZrSiO_(4) doping content on the properties of 75 alumina ceramics was studied.The experimental results show that doping an appropriate amount of ZrSiO_(4) can effectively improve the properties of 75 alumina ceramics.When the doping content of ZrSiO_(4) is 2%,the bulk density reaches the maximum value of 3.31 g/cm^(3),the water absorption rate reaches the minimum value of 0.18%,the flexural strength and fracture toughness reach the maximum value of 228.49 MPa and 4.85 MPa·m^(1/2),and the breakdown strength reaches the maximum value.34.4 kV/mm,compared with the undoped ZrSiO_(4) sample,the breakdown strength is increased by 36.5%.Observing the microstructure,it is found that an appropriate amount of ZrSiO_(4) can inhibit the excessive growth of alumina grains,which is beneficial to the refinement of alumina ceramic grains and obtains uniform grains.
