摘要 [目的/意义]为了解决当前科技情报产品难以满足用户需求的问题。[方法/过程]文章提出面向诱发需求构建科技情报产品,引导用户产生或改变需求,形成动态的情报服务模式,提升科技情报产品质量。[结果/结论]归纳了“短而精”“长而全”和关联法对于诱发需求的作用,构建了以纵向多层体系和横向品牌体系为主体的科技情报产品架构,探索当前科技情报研究走出困境的途径。 [Purpose/significance]In order to solve the problem facing current science and technology intelligence products which cannot meet user’s needs.[Method/process]This paper proposes a method to build science and technology intelligence products targeting potential needs of users,by which the users will be guided to generate or change their needs,to form a dynamic intelligence service model,and to improve the quality of intelligence products.[Result/conclusion]This paper discusses the three methods of“briefness and accuracy”,“thoroughness and comprehensiveness”,as well as“relevance”,constructs a science and technology intelligence product structure with vertical multi-layer system and horizontal products system as the main body,and explores the way to solve the dilemma of current science and technology intelligence.
