摘要 [目的/意义]探讨文献计量—SWOT系统组合模型应用于高校学科建设策略研究的可行性和合理性,为高校图书馆面向“双一流”建设创新学科服务提供方法支持。[方法/过程]设计表征学科发展水平和学科建设因素相关的文献计量指标体系,分别与SWOT内部优势与劣势、外部机遇与挑战映射,利用SWOT战略矩阵,构建文献计量—SWOT系统组合模型,并以上海中医药大学ESI化学学科建设策略分析为例进行实证研究。[结果/结论]全面定量的文献计量—SWOT系统组合模型可实现对文献计量定量分析和SWOT结构化分析框架的优势互补,应用于学科全面量化分析和制定合理有效的建设策略有较高的可操作性和扩展性。 [Purpose/significance]In order to provide method support for the university library to innovate the subject analysis service focused on the“double first-class”,this paper explore the feasibility and rationality of the application of the Bibliometrics–SWOT Systematic Combined Model in strategy research of subject construction.[Method/process]Designs the bibliometric indicator system that representing the level of subject development and the subject construction related factors,which is mapped to the internal strengths and weaknesses of SWOT as well as the external opportunities and challenges respectively.Then uses the SWOT strategic matrix to establish the Bibliometric-SWOT systematic combined model.And the subject strategy study of ESI chemistry of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is taken as an example for empirical study.[Result/conclusion]The full quantitative Bibliometrics-SWOT Systematic Model can realize the complementary advantages of the quantitative bibliometric analysis and SWOT structural framework,and it has superior operability and expansibility when it is applied to the full quantitative analysis of the subject development and the formulation of reasonable and effective construction strategies.
