“客邮”是带有鲜明殖民性与一定进步性的邮政机构,其在信息传递、物品传送的过程中形成了具有时代特征的“客邮”文化。而文化是民族发展的根基,将“客邮”文化与文化自觉放在同一时代背景、同一研究视角下,审视中西方文化的交流互鉴,对于促进和而不同、兼收并蓄的文明交流,在新发展阶段推动我国社会主义文化强国建设具有重要意义。

The“Guest Post”is a postal organization with characteristics of distinctive colonialism and certain progressiveness,which has formed a certain“Guest Post”culture in the process of information and goods transmission.While culture is the foundation of national development,putting the“Guest Post”culture and cultural consciousness under the same era background and the same research perspective,examining the exchange and mutual reference of Chinese and Western cultures is of great significance for promoting harmonious yet different and all-embracing cultural exchanges,and promoting the construction of a socialist cultural power in China at the new development stage.
