摘要
为提高CRTSⅢ型板式无砟轨道的施工效率和施工质量,以新建京滨铁路JBSG-2标段为例,设计低粘度环氧树脂注浆材料对施工过程中无砟轨道出现的离缝问题进行修复。结果表明:为了兼顾注浆料的可灌性和力学性能,注浆料最佳配合比为:环氧树脂∶BGE∶固化剂∶乙醇∶各类助剂=150∶45∶66.5∶20∶4.5 g;注浆修复过后的超声波波速相比修复前更大,且更加均匀;注浆修复之后的轨道板最大横向位移、轨道板垂向位移以及底座板垂向位移相比修复前分别降低67.9%、66.7%和33.3%。表明离缝注浆材料修复效果良好,可有效增强混凝土密实性、减小位移变形。
In order to improve the construction efficiency and quality of CRTSⅢslab ballastless track,the low viscosity epoxy resin grouting material is used to repair the gap problem of ballastless track during construction,taking the JBSG-2 bid section of the new Beijing-Binhai Railway as an example.The results show that in order to consider the grout ability and mechanical properties of the grouting material,the optimal mix proportion of the grouting material is:epoxy resin∶BGE∶curing agent∶ethanol∶various additives equals to 150∶45∶66.5∶20∶4.5;The ultrasonic wave velocity after grouting repairment is larger and more uniform than that before the repairment.Compared with that before repairment,the maximum lateral displacement,vertical displacement of track slab and vertical displacement of base slab after grouting repair are reduced by 67.9%,66.7%and 33.3%,respectively.The results show that the grouting repair effect is fine,which can effectively enhance the compactness of concrete and reduce the displacement.
