摘要
为给大型矿用挖掘机驾驶室造型设计提供有效的评价方法,解决模糊Topsis法中指标权重主观性高的问题,提出了基于统一专家意见与模糊Topsis相融合的造型设计评价方法。首先,根据驾驶室造型的特征群建立评价指标体系,利用改进的群AHP法对专家权重进行求解,得出基于专家统一意见的指标权重值;并将此权重应用于模糊Topsis中,基于语言型三角模糊数对驾驶室的四个方案进行评价,得出评价结果;在此基础上,通过敏感性实验对上述评价结果进行了验证。实验表明:四个方案中方案二成为首选方案的概率为75%,引入改进的AHP法计算出的指标权重可信度较高;敏感性实验的排序结果与评价结果一致,该方法能对造型进行有效评价。
In order to provide an effective evaluation method of the cab modeling design of large mining excavator,the problem of high subjectivity of index weight in fuzzy Topsis method is solved.The improved group AHP method was introduced to put forward the group decision making method with integrated unified expert opinions and the fuzzy Topsis.Firstly,the evaluation index system was established according to the characteristic group of cab modeling.And the improved group AHP method was used to solve the expert weight.Therefore,the index weight value based on the unified opinion of experts was obtained.Secondly,the fuzzy Topsis method was used to evaluate the four schemes of the cab.Finally,the influence of the weight of evaluation indexes on the evaluation results was verified by sensitivity analysis.The results show that the probability of scheme S2 becoming the preferred scheme is 75%.And the index weight calculated by the improved AHP method has a high credibility.The consistant result validates the improved AHP method and fuzzy Topsis method are combined to evaluate the modeling effectively.
