摘要
为了提高超薄切割砂轮片厚度检测精度和效率,通过研究传感器测量方式,设计了利用位移传感器采用对顶测量的方式在线检测超薄切割砂轮片厚度的设备,并对测量超薄切割砂轮片厚度时的误差进行分析。超薄切割砂轮片在磨削加工后会产生变形,分析了翘曲变形对厚度测量及传感器气压的影响和平面变形时对厚度测量及传感器气压的影响。针对检测装置的安装定位,对测点和支撑点不在同一平面上带来的误差进行分析,通过实验测量数据验证测量误差的范围及本方案的可行性。
In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of the thickness measurement of the ultra-thin cutting wheel,a device for on-line measuring the thickness of the ultra-thin cutting wheel by means of a displacement sensor is designed by studying the measurement method of the sensor,and the error in measuring the thickness of the ultra-thin cutting wheel is analyzed.The influence of warping deformation on thickness measurement and pressure of sensor and that of plane deformation on thickness measurement and pressure of sensor are analyzed.In view of the installation and positioning of the detection device,the error caused by the measurement point and the support point are not in the same plane is analyzed,and the range of measurement error and the feasibility of the scheme are verified by the experimental measurement data.
