摘要
纯电动汽车的续航能力与电驱系统的能耗水平有直接关系,开展整车能量流分析是提升纯电动技术发展的必要手段。文章提出依据整车道路载荷系数推导出电驱系统的百公里理论能耗,并测试对比不同车型在常温、高温、低温环境中国乘用车工况(CLTC-P)下的能耗表现,再根据理论与实际的偏差值,实现对整车电驱系统的能耗水平预测;同时分析了各车型在不同测试工况下的续航表现、真实电量与表显电量、表显剩余续航里程与表显电量(SOC)的对应关系,为整车显示控制策略的优化与开发提供参考。
The endurance of pure electric vehicle is directly related to the energy consumption level of the electric drive system.Energy flow analysis of the vehicle is a necessary means to improve the development of pure electric technology.In this paper,the theoretical energy consumption of the electric drive system was deduced based on the road load coefficient of the vehicle,and the energy consumption performance of different models under china light-duty vehicle test cycle-passenger(CLTC-P)conditions at room temperature,high temperature and low temperature was teted and compared.Then,the energy consumption level of the electric drive system of the vehicle was predicted according to the deviation between the theory and practice.At the same time,the corresponding relationship between the range performance of each vehicle under different test conditions,the real power and the meter display power,the remaining range of the meter display power and the state of charge of the meter display power are analyzed,which provides reference for the optimization and development of the vehicle display control strategy.
