摘要
汽车柴油机进气压力远程在线监测装置设计与开发属于汽车监测装置领域范畴,在汽车柴油机装配热试验的过程中,构想设计远程监控机器进气压力等运行参数,通过监控测量出的柴油机中冷前后压力参数,判断柴油机故障并提供依据。同时该设计方案可减少生产过程中更换增压器造成的浪费,提高台架效率。而且测量过程不需要进入试验间读取数据,能够远程控制,保证操作者人身安全。该设计方案在保障柴油机热试安全可靠运行的基础上科学地降低成本,提高效率。
Automotive diesel engine inlet pressure remote on-line monitoring device design and development of belong to the category of auto monitoring device field,in the process of automotive diesel engine assembly thermal test,concept design remote monitoring machine operation parameters such as inlet pressure,by monitoring the pressure before and after the measure of intercooled diesel engine parameters,provides the basis for judgment for diesel engine fault.At the same time,the design scheme can reduce the waste caused by replacing the supercharger in the production process and improve the efficiency of the bench.And the measurement process does not need to enter the test room to read data,remote control,to ensure the operator's personal safety.On the basis of ensuring safe and reliable operation of diesel engine thermal test,this design scheme can scientifically reduce cost and improve efficiency.
