农田水利工程管理面临的困境及对策

Difficulties and Counter-measures of Farmland Water Conservancy Projects Management

农田水利工程是农田灌溉的基础设施,是发展农村经济的基础,在抵抗水害、调蓄水资源、优化水环境等方面发挥着关键作用。但目前受当地经济制约的影响,部分地区存在农田水利设施建设标准低、农田水利设施破损严重等问题。为此,需要进一步健全农田水利工程管理体系。基于此,以南雄市坪田镇为例,分析了农田水利工程管理面临的困境,提出了农田水利工程管理的完善策略,旨在促进农田水利工程进一步发展。

Irrigation and water conservancy projects are the infrastructure of irrigation and the foundation of developing rural economy.They play a key role in resisting water disasters,regulating and storing water resources and optimizing water environment.However,due to local economic constraints and other factors,some areas have problems such as low construction standards of irrigation and water conservancy facilities and serious damage of irrigation and water conservancy facilities.Therefore,we need to further improve the management system of irrigation and water conservancy projects.Based on this,taking Pingtian Town of Nanxiong City as an example,analyzed the difficulties faced by the management of irrigation and water conservancy projects.pointed out the improvement strategies of the management of irrigation and water conservancy projects,in order to facilitate the further development of irrigation and water conservancy projects.
