摘要
采用有限元方法对钢结构螺旋楼梯进行力学性能分析,获得结构的变形和位移特性,求解得到结构的内力和应力情况,并对其结果进行分析.同时,在满足结构整体安全的前提下,用ABAQUS Tosca对钢结构螺旋楼梯的踏步体积进行优化,并对优化后的钢结构螺旋楼梯结构的力学性能进行研究分析.以ABAQUS Tosca的分析计算优化结果为钢结构螺旋楼梯的实际施工和整体结构的轻量化提供理论参考依据和方法.
The finite element method is used to analyze the mechanical properties of the steel structure spiral staircase,the deformation and displacement characteristics of the structure are obtained,the internal force and stress of the structure are obtained,and the results are analyzed.At the same time,under the premise of satisfying the overall safety of the structure,ABAQUS Tosca was used to optimize the stepping volume of the steel structure spiral staircase,and the mechanical properties of the optimized steel structure spiral staircase structure were studied and analyzed.The analysis and calculation optimization results of ABAQUS Tosca provide theoretical reference and methods for the actual construction of the steel structure spiral staircase and the lightweight of the overall structure.
