公共区域视频监控共享平台设计研究

新型智慧城市的建设,离不开精细化的城市管理,公共区域视频监控是平安城市建设的重要组成部分。本文针对公共安全视频监控平台存在的数据孤岛、系统林立等问题,设计了一个公共监控视频共享应用平台,全面推进城市范围内公共区域视频监控数据的整合和共享,打破专网壁垒,减少信息孤岛,实现对城市风险、安全隐患的预警和通知,并保障人们的生命财产安全。

The construction of a new smart city is inseparable from the delicacy city management.Video surveillance in public areas is an important part of the safe city construction.Aiming at the problems of data islands and numerous systems in the public safety video monitoring platform,a video sharing application platform is designed,so as to comprehensively promote the integration and sharing of video monitoring data in public areas within the city,break the private network barriers,reduce information islands,realize the early warning and notification of urban risks and hidden danger,and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
