摘要
以携程网上的西沙群岛航线沿海邮轮游客评价为文本数据来源,利用文本分析工具对游客体验高频词、语义网络和情感特征进行分析。研究发现:游客对国内沿海邮轮旅游的体验主要集中在邮轮服务、邮轮设施、出游同伴、旅游目的地和游客感知等方面,且船舶内部布局设计和岸上活动项目是影响国内沿海邮轮游客体验满意度的重要因素。据此,建议开展差异化市场培育,优化船舶内部空间设计,提升岸上旅游产品品质。
Taking the comments of coastal cruise tourists on the Xisha Islands route on ctrip.com as text data source,this paper uses text analysis tools to analyze the emotional characteristics,word frequency and social relationship semantic network of tourists’experience.The study shows that tourists’experience of coastal cruise ships is mainly from cruise service,cruise facilities,travel companions,tourist destinations and tourist perception,and the internal layout design of the ship and shore activities are important aspects that affect the experience satisfaction of China’s coastal cruise tourists.Accordingly,suggestions are made on the cultivation of differentiated markets,the optimization of interior space design of ships,and the improvement of shore-based tourism products.
