摘要
将高职院校财经商贸类专业学生的自主学习能力分为自我动机信念、任务分析、自我监控与调节、自我评价四个维度,采用分层随机抽样的调查方法对部分高职院校财经商贸类专业学生入学第一年和第三年的自主学习能力进行评价,分别从人口特征、家庭特征、学校特征等角度分析学生自主学习能力的整体差异和不同维度之间的结构性差异。结果显示:从入学第一年到第三年,学生的自主学习能力虽然得到显著提升,但是总体分布依然集中在中等水平区间,其制约因素是自我监控与调节;父母情感温暖型的教养方式和师生互动以及建构型授课模式对学生自主学习能力的提升有显著正向影响。为此,学校要积极倡导自主学习理念,教授自主学习方法,重点围绕培养自我监控与调节能力这一目标合理安排教学内容,政府也可以积极宣传科学的家庭教育理念和可操作的教育方法。
The autonomous learning ability of students majoring in finance and commerce in higher vocational colleges can be divided into four dimensions:self-motivated beliefs,task analysis,self-monitoring and self-regulating,self-evaluation.By using the stratified random sampling method,this paper evaluates the autonomous learning ability of students majoring in finance and commerce in the first and third years of enrollment in some vocational colleges,and analyzes the overall differences in students’autonomous learning ability and the structural differences among different dimensions in terms of demographic characteristics,family characteristics and college characteristics.The results show that although students’autonomous learning ability has been significantly improved from the first year to the third year,the overall distribution is still concentrated in the middle-level range,and the restrictive factor is self-monitoring and self-regulating;whereas warm parental rearing style,teacher-student interaction and constructive teaching mode have a significant positive impact on the improvement of students’autonomous learning ability.Therefore,colleges should actively promote the concept of autonomous learning,teach autonomous learning methods,and reasonably arrange teaching content for the purpose of cultivating students’self-monitoring and regulation ability.The government should actively publicize the concept of scientific family education and operable educational methods.
