摘要
为有效应对全球电力需求持续增长的现状,满足船舶所有人对延长液化天然气(Liquefied Natural Gas,LNG)运输船服务年限的需求,论证LNG运输船改装为浮式发电船的可行性。在项目评估阶段,选择适宜改装的LNG运输船,厘清需要的LNG运输船技术资料和发电岛基本信息,从浮态、稳性和总纵强度等角度分析改装的可行性。在改装设计阶段,通过对某薄膜型LNG运输船的浮态、稳性和总纵强度进行评估,初步判断将LNG运输船改装为浮式发电船是可行的。后续可通过详细分析发电岛的最佳装机功率、安装位置和甲板支撑结构,得到更优的改装设计。
The demands for electricity are continuously increasing,meantime,owners of LNG(Liquefied Natural Gas)carriers would like to extend the service life of their ships.Conversion of a LNG carrier into a FSRP(Floating Storage Regasification Power Barge)can meet the needs of both sides.The way of carrying out feasibility study at project evaluation stage is discussed.An example of conversion of a membrane LNG tanker is given.The technical data of the LNG carrier and basic requirements of the power island are studied and the fitness of the conversion is analyzed.During the design and conversion stage,the schematic design for conversion is completed after comparing several alternative designs.The flotation conditions,stability and longitudinal strength of the converted FSRP are checked.This preliminary work makes a sound foundation for further conversion work.
