摘要
以浦东新区某中尺度城市区域为例,开展噪声地图技术在城市区域的试点应用研究。阐述噪声地图系统框架结构的组成,论述在所选区域开展噪声地图技术试点应用的典型代表性,精准设定模型参数并建立系统模型。通过将实测数据与噪声地图预测数据相对比,校核采用噪声地图技术得到的预测结果的准确度,最终成功输出该试点区域的噪声地图图件成果及可运用的技术场景,为类似区域提升以交通噪声为主的环境噪声监测评估和治理水平提供参考。
The frame structure of the noise map system is introduced.The noise mapping technology is implemented in a mesoscale urban area in Pudong New Area.The rationality,why this area is selected for the pilot application,is reasoned.The noise model is set up and its parameters are accurately defined.The noise map of the area is generated with the model.The accuracy of the model is verified through comparing the noise prediction on the map to the actual measurements.The success in the area suggested an applicable scenario of the technology which is a step forward to the wide application in noise management.
