摘要
对闪速炉一步炼铜技术进行了介绍,通过对世界各一步炼铜厂的精矿成分、闪速炉渣组成以及技术参数的对比分析,对闪速炉一步炼铜工艺的特点进行了归纳。分析认为精矿成分是闪速炉一步炼铜经济可行性的决定因素。通过对不同铜精矿成分采用闪速炉一步炼铜技术的消耗、产出及加工成本进行具体比较,得出精矿中Cu、Fe、S含量对加工成本的影响情况。
The paper introduces the FSF direct-to-blister copper smelting technology,and summarizes the characteristics of FSF direct-to-blister copper smelting technology by comparison and analysis of the concentrate composition,flash furnace slag composition and technical parameters of direct-to—blister copper smelters in the world.The analysis shows that the concentrate composition is the decisive factor for the economic feasibility of the FSF direct-to—blister copper smelting.By comparing the consumption,output and processing cost of different copper concentrate compositions in the application of the FSF direct-to—blister copper smelting technology,the paper obtains the influence of Cu,Fe and S contents in the concentrate on the processing cost.
