摘要
在国外工程设计中,国内外建筑规范关于地震动参数及风荷载参数等取值所使用的公式和方法存在差异,不谨慎对待会造成结构设计安全问题。以某印度尼西亚工程为例,针对总承包方及业主提供的资料,解读印度尼西亚当地规范中的地震动参数和基本风速内涵,并将其转换成中国现行规范的抗震设防烈度、设计基本地震加速度值和基本风压等,使项目可同时用两国规范进行设计,互为校核,满足了安全性和合规性的双重要求。
There are differences in the formulas and methods used by the building codes at home and abroad for the selection of parameters such as seismic ground motion parameters and wind load parameters in foreign engineering design,and careless treatment will cause structural design safety problems.Taking an Indonesian project as an example,according to the data provided by the General Contractor and the Owner,the paper understands the seismic ground motion parameters and basic wind speed of Indonesian local codes,thus converting them into the seismic fortification intensity,design basic seismic acceleration value and basic wind pressure of China's current codes.The codes of the two countries can be used for design and mutual verification,so as to satisfy the dual requirements of safety and compliance.
